In a lengthy tirade on his Truth Social account, the Republican linked Reiner’s death to ‘Trump derangement syndrome.’ The incident occurred after Nick Reiner was accused of the murder of his filmmaker parents in Los Angeles.

The remarks triggered widespread outrage, prompting Trump’s biographer Michael Wolff to reveal that the incident has prompted serious discussions within the White House. Wolff disclosed that a staff member expressed uncertainty about Trump’s behavior, hinting at a potential instability issue.

In response, Wolff remarked on the situation, suggesting that many individuals are privately questioning Trump’s mental state without explicitly stating it. He emphasized the delicate nature of evaluating older presidents without concrete evidence but hinted that the consensus might lean towards a negative assessment of Trump’s mental condition.
