Alerts have been issued for northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, South Wales, the southwest of England, East Anglia, Yorkshire, and the North East.

Citizens are advised to exercise caution on roads due to the anticipated adverse conditions. The Met Office also recommends keeping essential items in vehicles for emergencies.
