A significant incident occurred at a school in Germany today where 20 children were injured during a class session. The event took place at Raderthal School in Cologne, resulting in nine of the children being swiftly transported to the hospital. Initially summoned to assist a single individual, emergency crews soon discovered multiple students experiencing severe eye irritation. Reports indicate that the majority of the affected children suffered from significant eye discomfort.

Law enforcement suspects the incident was instigated by a 16-year-old who utilized the spray. This incident comes on the heels of a similar occurrence two months ago when numerous children were exposed to tear gas at another primary school in Germany. In that episode, a man assaulted around 20 children in the school’s stairwell in Hanau, a city located 15 miles east of Frankfurt. Six girls and 14 boys were treated for breathing difficulties, with two pupils requiring hospitalization. Police mentioned that some students heard a loud noise, possibly indicating the use of a pepper spray gun, prompting an official investigation.
