“Jena Sims Opens Up About Heartbreaking Pregnancy Loss”

Published on

Jena Sims, the spouse of professional golfer Brooks Koepka, has shared heartbreaking news about the loss of their unborn child. Sims, aged 36, took to Instagram to reveal that they had tragically lost the baby at 16 weeks of pregnancy when the baby’s heart ceased to beat.

The couple, Jena and Brooks, are deeply saddened by this loss but are optimistic about welcoming a sibling for their son Crew in the future. Sims emphasized the importance of raising awareness around pregnancy loss and the need for more research and support for women’s reproductive health.

Acknowledging the silent struggles faced by many, Sims encouraged individuals experiencing pregnancy loss or infertility to know that they are not alone. She also expressed gratitude towards healthcare professionals who deliver such heartbreaking news on a daily basis.

The post by Sims garnered significant attention, receiving over 20,000 likes and 800 comments within the first 19 hours. Notable figures like reporter Amanda Balionis and influencer Paige Spiranac expressed their support.

Sims, known for her work as an actress and model, met Brooks at the 2015 Masters. The couple, who got married in 2022, welcomed their son, Crew, in 2023. Despite challenges when Crew was born prematurely, requiring extended medical care, Brooks has credited fatherhood for shifting his perspective on life, beyond just golf.

In the current LIV Golf season, Koepka achieved two top-10 finishes, with a notable second-place result in Singapore. However, his performance in major tournaments varied, with three missed cuts and a T12 finish in the US Open. Most recently, he finished T15 at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship in Scotland.

Ahead of the 2025/26 season, Sky has reduced the price of its Essential TV and Sky Sports bundle, offering savings of £192 and access to over 1,400 live matches across various leagues. Sky plans to broadcast a minimum of 215 live Premier League games next season, a significant increase from previous years.
