Primark has rolled out its popular click and collect services to 24 more high street stores. The move means that the budget fashion chain now offers the service across three quarters of its branches across England and Wales.
This week’s launch sees the click-and-collect service available in 158 Primark stores. The service allows shoppers to reserve Primark products online, pay, and pick them up at a dedicated desk in their local store two days later. It is free to use, but you need to spend a minimum of £10.
The rollout is part of the fashion retailer’s plan to rollout click and collect to all 187 stores in Britain by the summer.
Currently, shoppers can browse over 3,000 items online across its women’s, men’s, and kids’ clothing wear, as well as its home and lifestyle ranges. Alongside this, the high street chain says shoppers can also access new and expanded ranges they might not otherwise be able to get in their local store.
This includes the retailer’s newly launched adaptive clothing range, which offers more than 40 wardrobe staples for men and women. The range – which launched in January – has been specially designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities in partnership with adaptive designer and disability campaigner Victoria Jenkins.

Primark’s UK retail director, Kari Rodgers, said: “We’re delighted to reveal the next wave of stores to offer Click & Collect, giving more customers the chance to shop online from the great ranges they know and love before collecting in store.”
She added: “With summer in sight, it’s just one way we’re making it even easier for everyone to get their summer wardrobe essentials.”
Primark first launched click and collect in November 2022 in 25 stores in the North West, North Wales and parts of Yorkshire. The chain have continued to expand the service ever since due to its popularity. Although many shoppers have asked for an online delivery service from the retailer, it has reiterated many times that home delivery would “never happen”.
