Renowned fashion designer Paul Costelloe, known for his work with Princess Diana, has passed away at the age of 80, surrounded by his family in London. His eponymous fashion label confirmed the sad news, expressing deep sorrow over his passing after a brief illness. Costelloe, born in Dublin in 1945, began his illustrious career in Paris before moving to Milan and eventually establishing his own label, Paul Costelloe Collections.

Costelloe gained fame as Princess Diana’s personal designer in 1983, creating elegant and memorable outfits for her until her untimely death in 1997. His brand, which offers a wide range of collections including womenswear, menswear, accessories, and more, continues to thrive even after his passing. Apart from his work in the fashion industry, Costelloe also made significant contributions to corporate wear concepts for major companies and sports teams.

In a fitting tribute to his legacy, Costelloe’s brand recently showcased a collection at London Fashion Week titled Boulevard Of Dreams, reflecting his signature style inspired by the vibrant streets of 1960s Beverly Hills.
