The incident occurred while the vehicle was being driven by the boy’s brother-in-law, with a female passenger also present in the car, as confirmed by the authorities.
In the footage, a red SUV is seen traveling on a busy road, with the child standing through the sunroof, seemingly enjoying the moment. As the SUV progresses, the boy continues to lean out until the vehicle approaches an overhead barrier, resulting in a forceful impact on the child’s head.
Towards the end of the video, the car continues moving forward, and the child promptly retreats back inside the vehicle.
