Apple Fitness+ has introduced new enhancements to help users achieve their fitness goals for the new year. The subscription service, launched in 2020, now includes additional features, bonus content, and special guest workouts.
One notable addition is the introduction of multi-week programs that aim to boost motivation. These programs, such as Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes, are designed to progressively build up over time, enabling users to improve their fitness levels gradually.
For instance, users can explore programs like “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” for combined 20-minute workout sessions. Another option is the “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” plan, encouraging regular incorporation of Yoga into fitness routines.
A new program called “Make your Fitness Comeback” caters to individuals starting or restarting their fitness journey. This four-week plan includes three weekly workouts – Strength, HIIT, and Yoga – each lasting just 10 minutes. The plan is structured to help users steadily progress in their fitness endeavors.
In addition to these programs, Apple Fitness+ will feature new episodes of Time to Walk with guests like Mel B, Penn Badgley, and Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series will showcase workout playlists dedicated to renowned music artists, with upcoming workouts featuring KAROL G’s music.
Moreover, users can access guest workouts from lifestyle and fitness creator Allie Bennett and dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth. The content can be accessed on various devices like iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with additional features available when paired with Apple Watch or AirPods Pro for heart rate tracking and calorie measurement.
Apple Fitness+ is priced at £9.99 per month or £79.99 per year, providing a comprehensive platform for fitness enthusiasts.
