A new TV courtroom series, “Adam’s Law,” featuring Adam Levy, son of the renowned Judge Judy, is set to premiere on September 14. CBS Media Ventures released a trailer showcasing Levy’s sharp wit and no-nonsense approach, reminiscent of his mother’s courtroom style. Judge Judy, although initially hesitant to pass on the gavel, now believes her son has what it takes to become the next big daytime court reality TV star.
With over 25 years of legal experience, including serving as a district attorney in New York’s Putnam County, Levy is well-equipped to take on this new role. He emphasizes the importance of truthfulness in the courtroom, stating that false statements greatly trouble him.
Judge Judy, who executive produces the show, is confident in Levy’s abilities and predicts that “Adam’s Law” will become a top daytime program. The series will air on various CBS-owned stations in the U.S., including CBS LA and WCBS-TV, as well as in Canada on Citytv and Citytv+, starting on September 14. Levy’s previous experience in courtroom reality TV further solidifies his position as a promising successor to his mother’s legacy.
