Jailed British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell was spotted in a photograph outside Number 10, among numerous images released in the Epstein files. The date of the picture remains unknown. Maxwell is presently serving a 20-year prison term in the United States for her involvement in recruiting and grooming young girls for sexual abuse by her late boyfriend, American financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Having been convicted in late 2021, Maxwell was transferred from a low-security facility in Florida to a minimum-security prison camp in Texas this summer following an interview with US Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. Her legal team has contended that she should not have been prosecuted or found guilty.

In the latest batch of Epstein files, a photo has emerged showing Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor reclining on the laps of five individuals, with Maxwell standing nearby. The image, whose date is unspecified, depicts Mountbatten-Windsor smiling with his eyes shut and Maxwell looking down and smiling.

Apart from Maxwell and Mountbatten-Windsor, the faces of the other six individuals in the photo have been redacted in the document released on the US Department of Justice website. The files related to Jeffrey Epstein were made public on the site under the section titled “Epstein Library” around 9 pm on Friday.

Visitors to the website were placed in a queue for access, with some encountering an error message indicating their queue number had been rejected, prompting them to get a new spot in line. A privacy notice on the Epstein Library site emphasized efforts to redact personal information and protect sensitive materials, acknowledging the potential presence of inadvertently disclosed sensitive content.

If any member of the public identifies information that should not have been published, they are encouraged to promptly notify the authorities for corrective action.
