In a surprising move, Sky has just revealed the comeback of one of its beloved channels. The highly popular Sky One network will be back on screens later this month after being taken off in 2021. The television company promises that the relaunch will present viewers with irresistible comedy and entertainment programs, including new series like The Dyers’ Caravan Park and Gemma Collins: Four Weddings and a Baby.

Fan favorites such as Rob & Romesh Vs., The Paper, and Ted will also be featured on the platform, now residing on channel 106. Additionally, Sky One will host Saturday Night Live UK, set to debut later this year.

The revamped channel will replace Sky Showcase and Sky Max, consolidating a diverse range of entertainment in one convenient location, simplifying the viewing experience for audiences.

This channel update news coincides with Sky’s recent confirmation of a major event scheduled for this month. In an invitation sent to Mirror Online, the company tantalizingly teased, “Big things are coming to Sky TV. Join us to find out more.”

The wording of the invitation has sparked interest, creating an exciting anticipation for subscribers. Sky typically organizes in-person launch events only for significant announcements, leading to speculation about what surprises may be unveiled.

Mirror Online will be present at the event in London’s West End, providing live updates as the news unfolds. The announcement is slated to commence around 10 am on February 11.
