The outpouring of support during Ricky’s funeral procession in Manchester, with thousands lining the streets, was a poignant moment for the family.

Ricky Hatton, who passed away at 46 and was discovered on September 14, was laid to rest at Manchester Cathedral on October 12. Following a private memorial service, an inquest was opened to investigate the circumstances of Ricky’s death, which was determined to be ‘unresponsive’ with a provisional cause attributed to hanging.
